I had a great experience working with Ron Ollerich. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It wasn't high pressured "sales" as one sometimes receives walking into a car dealership. It is a terrible dealership. The first time my wife and I went there was to look at a Ford edge. We called ahead, made sure the car was still available told them when we would be there arrived on time walked into the office told the lady who we were looking for she said that he would be right down went out into the lot to find the car another sales man came down asked if we need help told him who we were waiting on he said he would go get him and that was the last time we saw anybody. We waited around 20 minutes in freezing weather and just left the sales man never came down.
The second and final time my wife and I went there was today to look at a Ford 250 had two people ask when I would be there told the sales man who was going to be helping us that I would be there within the hour he told me that he would have the truck pulled up and ready to go for us when we get there once again arrived on time went into the office found our sales men he tells us that he has not had time to get the vehicle due to busy morning even tho when we arrived he was talking to another coworker then tells us that he will go get it only to return a time later telling us that it won't start and he has to get a mechanic to come look at it should have left then but we stayed after another length of time the truck is pulled up to the door where we are told that the check engine light is now on and there is not enough power to the engine and we won't be able to test drive it unless we want to drive around the parking lot then was told that they are going to try to get it into the mechanics to look at so I would not be able to test drive it until then and they did not know when that was going to be so my results were going there twice was I did not get the test drive either vehicles l really for the life of me don't know how they are still in business I will never go there of any reason ever again

Aaron went over and beyond on our requests to send us pictures and investigate our questions, and the most importantly was very honest with us. The process was easy, efficient, and how I feel car buying should be. I was given a fair trade, received a fair price, and didn’t spend all day at a dealership. Robin in the finance department thoroughly explained what I was signing but also had everything ready and got me on my way quickly to enjoy my new Jeep. Throughout the transaction everyone involved listened to what I actually wanted and delivered. Great experience overall and I will be back. It’s nice to be treated like you’re important and not just another “sale”.
